BARIS – THE COMPLETE MEDITERRANEAN EXPERIENCE

“BARIS” which means peace in Turkish is another charm added to the GK 3 market. Probably the best by far. I use to visit this market for my ice cream cravings. But now I guess I have a more tempting reason to visit this place.

“Baris” is all about giving you a complete Mediterranean  experience, right from its interior to service, food to music. Its a complete package of food, culture and customs. Lovely meeting the owner of the Place Arjun Toor, who shared his story behind this great place. His love for Mediterranean grew while his stay in that part of the world and feel in love with their cuisine and culture.
Wanted to bring back the same taste and flavour back to his country, he started the project Baris. This place is not just about food, these guys will give you a whole  experience

BUT OMG!! Im in love with their terrace place. Such a beauty
You won’t regret siting outside while in this weather in Delhi due to their awesome cooling technology. And in winters I’m sure it will be so attractive to sit there and dine.
Once you are inside the place you will be mesmerised by the decor and music. Its like a journey to the East. And finally the food over here speaks everything. This place is a compete package.
Loved all the items

This is a Mediterranean theme restaurant. Although they are also specialist in cuisines from Turkey and Middle East.

Mediterranean food is incredibly popular: sausages, wine, kebab, falafel, pasta and pizza, can be found just about everywhere. Food experts and cookbook authors adore Mediterranean cuisine. Mediterranean cuisine is defined by the presence of fundamental elements which are said to play a more important role than others, reflecting a community of beliefs and practices which transcend religions, languages and even societies.
