Well!! This review might be a little long review as visiting this place was not just a casual late lunch but a whole new experience. For some moment I felt I was in some Italian restaurant in Italy itself. This place evoked my urge to make a travel plan.
These guys are super serious about their food and doesn’t deviate from the originality.
Right from fresh basil grown in the kitchen, to importing ingredients direct from Italy makes the whole dining experience a gala affair. They have even taken care of the cutleries and plates which gel perfectly with the food served.
One can get a wide variety of good quality Italian Wine and also Indian Wine. They have their own bottles of spring water right from the Himalayas.
The Pasta Bowl Company is an authentic Italian restaurant aiming to give you the best possible Italian Cuisine experience.
Got the opportunity to sit with “Chef Om” who happens to be the Founder as well, shared amazing stories behind behind creating this place and also knowledge about the Italian food. Learned to pronounce few Italian words correctly. 😉

“Cucina Con Amore” (Cooked with Love) – A 3 course special menu for late lunchers @999 + tax
The menu is focused on corporates and late launchers.
Ambiance of this place speaks a lot. Simple sitting arrangement, homely decor, lots of natural light coming in, antique wall clock and the music.

# Pomodoro – Freshly roasted crisp Tuscan Bread topped with roasted cherry tomatoes and pesto cream.
# Funghi e olio di Tartufo – Freshly roasted crisp Tuscan Bread topped with Portobello, truffle oil drizzle.
Main Coure
# Spaghetti Pomodoro E Basilico – long pasta tossed with Italian tomatoes and fresh Basil sauce.
# Pollo Alla Griglia – Herb marinated chicken breast grilled and served with vegetables and Sicilian tomato sauce.
Desserts
# Cannoncini – Lemon cream filled brioche horns
# Panacotta della Stagione – pancetta of the season. I got the mango panacotta 😀
