Delhi: For the well themed Hawaiian Summer Brunch every Sunday, Chef Akshay Malhotra at WelcomHotel Dwarka decided to take things up another level on the 2nd of July. They invited one of their amazing Michelin Mother contestants – Ekta Kapur to prepare a delicious Hawaiian infused spread for the guests. Ekta is a mother, chef and a self-confessed food enthusiast, and cooked behind a live station. Sharing their experiences both Chef Akshay and Michelin Mother Ekta worked on 26 kind of desserts starting right from A to Z to surprise your sweet tooth.
